1. Price is simple as £100.00 per hour. Minimum 3 hour coverage. For more than 8 hours price can be negotiable.
2. To work out of London you need to pay for travelling.
3. You need to provide food for whole period of working hours.
4. To book photographer, videographer or both we need to sight contract and charge 50% deposit of the final price. Rest of the price need to be paid on collection time.
5. When you terminate the contract than you lose your deposit.
6. For special wishes you need to pay separately.
7. To order Photo Album or Canvas you need to pay whole amount in advance.
8. If we agree the price of more than £1000.00 you can choose one of the following gifts:
- Blu-ray version of your wedding video (up to one hour only),
- A4 canvas,
- £100.00 voucher to print Photo Album,
- Pre-wedding photo-shoots.
9. Please provide the following information:
- Bride name, contact number, email address and home address,
- Groom name, contact number, email address and home address,
- Wedding Ceremony Order of Events and Ceremony Timeline,
- Witnesses names*,
- Parents names*,
- Guests names*,
- Betrothal period pictures (video only)*,
- Your 10 favourites songs in MP3 with suggestions where to put them to the movie (video only)*,
- Welcome text (video only)*.
10. Collection time is depended of how busy I am going to be. Usually is about one month time.
